Can you tell me more about the cards?

We’d be happy to! All the cards are printed on high quality, 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We design and send two original cards per month and never rotate back to previously mailed cards—so your Handwritten Hello recipient will never receive the same card twice. The cards are original, gender-neutral, and feature timeless, seasonal designs with simple, warm messaging (i.e. “thinking of you” and “warmest thoughts”).

How long does it take my card to get to their destination?

Great question. Cards are carried by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivered within 2-6 days.

Do you offer tracking?

Not at this time.

Is this really easier AND less expensive than doing it myself? I just don’t believe it…

Yes! Handwritten Hello offers convenience, connection, and affordability! We think this whole process is WAY easier than doing it independently, but hey, that’s because we hate waiting in line at the post office and shelling out big bucks for grocery store greeting cards, and licking all those envelopes, don’t get us started…

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Simply login to your member account, navigate to subscriptions and click “unsubscribe.”
